Inner Nature's Soul Sanctuary: a place to meditate, journal, reflect, have a cup of tea, connect with a friend or deepen into the sanctuary of self within.

Visit the Soul Sanctuary

We Welcome You

Check our Instagram @innernaturesoulsanctuary for open hours. Most Thursdays from 10-2pm the spaces are open.

Are you looking for an intentional, welcoming space to:

~enjoy a cup of tea?

~meet a friend for that tea?

~complete tasks/remote work?

~meditate?

~journal or reflect?

~do your own personal practice/inner work?

~engage in your own yoga flow?

~enjoy time outside in hammocks or by a beautiful garden?

~sit on the porch in rocking chair and be inspired by the birds?

A place where the energy is clean, clear, vibrant and inspiring?

A place where you might be able to love on fur babies? Meditate with a meowkat on your lap? Just take a few moments to yourself?

We at Inner Nature are happy to open our doors to you.

Hours will change weekly based on availability. If you happen to drop by and our "Welcome! We're Open" sign is present, come on in. If the sign says closed, we hope to see you next time.

We're not a cafe in which we will be preparing your drinks etc, but we will have a clean inspiring space available: The Rainbow Chapel and/or the Pakarina Space. On nice weather days, the land (almost 2 acres) and porch are also an option!

You're welcome to fill up your water bottle and/or make a cup of tea. We have mugs and cups. Self-serve. Settle in and take care of you.

The exchange? A monetary donation of your choice. Could be $5, $10, $20, whatever you like. Maybe that changes based on how long you stay and what you engage in. All Hummingbird members are welcome anytime we're open as part of their membership.

If you need the restroom, its on the left. Beyond the tapestry on the left is a little hallway closet where you can hang up jackets, store shoes or personal belongings.

You'll be heading straight back down the hallway to the Rainbow Chapel or Pakarina Space. The tea station is in the hallway; you can't miss it.

If a door is CLOSED, do not open it. We may be in session.

The Pakarina Space

Pakarina: a Place of Emergence. Often a cave or cave-like dwelling, these are places in nature one pilgrims to in order to shift. You enter as one version of you and emerge reborn as another.

The Pakarina Space is where the majority of our indoor ceremonies and events are held. It is a place of healing, transformation and emergence.

When not in use, well, this can become your personal place of emergence.

Enjoy a personal yoga flow or movement practice. (We have mats, blocks, blankets and straps for borrow.)

Engage in a deeper meditation in a cave like feel.

Occasionally, an active altar will be present.

The Land & Gardens

During the warm weather months, you will delight in a little time outdoors.

Rocking chairs on the front porch overlooking bird feeders (including the hummingbirds!), hammocks in the Maple Grove, pollinator gardens, a little meandering path, sunhine and shade. Your options are expansive!

Retrieve a yoga blanket from the Pakarina, and find your way outside. set up your spot on the grass by the Peace Garden, or in the Maple Grove. Want to put those feet up? Hammocks are up and swinging in the warm weather!

Stretch your legs and take a mindful walk along the spiraling meandering path out front. A walking meditation is perfect with here. Inhale as you step with your left foot, Exhale as you step with your right.

Want to work outside? You'll find a couple outdoor tables and chairs under our favorite Keeper tree, Soka. She's the mighty towering Oak.
