Join Jenna Sommers & Emma Myers for an afternoon of Acupuncture & Medicine Music!
Imagine laying down, wrapped in your favorite blanket, enveloped by the soothing soundscapes of healing medicine music, crafted to bring you into a deep, relaxing and rejuvenating space inside yourself. Acupuncture needles are expertly placed to ground and relax your body, while you soak in the healing sounds and messages.
We will be exploring the element of water, which corresponds with winter in Chinese medicine. Emma will guide us through a yin yoga practice to help ground us into our bodies, focusing on opening up the hips and connecting with our hearts, to nurture these watery, emotional centers in the body, and to bring slow, gentle movement as we embrace the the more internal rhythms of winter.
Afterwards, Jenna will go around and place acupuncture needle on each of us while being we're all serenaded with…
