Step into "Flex Fusion: FloorPlay" – In this weekly class, we seamlessly integrate soft tissue release with dynamic stretching techniques to create a harmonious flow, promoting a deeper connection between mind and body.
Geoffrey, expert in therapeutic massage & intuitive bodywork, will guide you through a mindful (and playful!) movement class with community that combines guided PNF stretching and myofascial release. Improve flexibility, reduce tightness, and find relaxation. Best of all, these are stretches and mysofascial (soft tissue) practices you can continue at home.
